Returns & Exchange

Returned merchandise must not have be registered; it must be in complete and original manufacturer's packaging, and be in same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.

Return period:

14 days for photo equipment, except as listed below.
7 days for digital equipment & related accessories.

No returns on:

  • Processing equipment once used with chemicals.
  • Printers once ink cartridges are installed.
  • Educational tapes and books once opened.
  • Blister-packed items once opened.
  • Computer products and software once opened.
  • Special Order merchandise.
  • Consumables, including but not limited to film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, bulbs, CD/DVDs, etc.

Rules & Policies:

  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA # Call 505-820-0229.

  • Returned merchandise must be in "like new" condition.  Items that show signs of damage or wear, may not be retuned.  Items with timers must show <120 minutes of use. Those with exposure counters must show <200 exposures.

  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only.

  • Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

  • If any of the above conditions are not met, Santa Fe Camera Center reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.

  • Inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

  • Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card or PayPal will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.

  • Rebate information is provided for informational purposes only and does not promise or imply eligibility to receive the rebate.

  • Santa Fe Camera Center Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not transferable. They may not be redeemed for cash, and they will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
